Executive Summary
How can we effectively merge Thailand 4.0, EEC (EECi) and BCG Mode into China-Thailand to jointly build a community with a shared future (including OBOR, China-Thailand Being One Family), in order to work on technology transfer/commercialization with the situation of a global uncertainty of government management including Thailand?
Challenges can be takled by establishing a specific organization to collaborate directly with the local official department and private sector, such as Thailand Chamber of Commerce under the support of Thai-China Innovation and Technology Exchange Association.

WHAT IS TSAST
To promote and support members' technological advancements,, and to disseminate them to the general public. to boost the nation's economy
Educate and develop the technological workforce by establishing training seminars teaching. Providing consulting services in various fields while ensuring personnel's knowledge and competence. Transfer and study of technologies and languages, as well as administration of schools, colleges, universities, educational institutions, agencies, or foundations. Technology and related academic disciplines
Collecting, compiling, translating, and publishing academic books as a business. Publication of association journals and technology-related documents. including distribution to members and the public at large
Employ diverse industrial services and associated technologies.In addition to establishing a calibration center for industrial measuring instruments, a testing center, and industrial consulting services, this project entails establishing a calibration center for industrial measuring instruments and establishing a testing center as well as related services.
Collaborate with institutions both domestically and internationally, especially in China.Including investments or joint ventures with the same goals as the association where this has nothing to do with politics.
TSAST is an organization that aims to work closely with related official departments, such as the Ministry of Higher Education, Sciences, and Innovation (MHESI), the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), the Ministry of Energy, etc., to assist and support technology and innovation in Thailand. However, government management uncertainty, including in Thailand, appears to be the issue, so TSAST will act as the effective organization to support private sector and research units in many way to localize the both sciences and technology to the local.
วัตถุประสงค์ของ TSAST
1)ส่งเสริมความร่วมมือและการพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีและการค้าระหว่างสมาชิกและหน่วยงานองค์กรต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องในประเทศไทยสาธารณรัฐจีนและนานาชาติทั้งทางด้านวิชาการการลงทุนตลอดจนความร่วมมือทางธุรกิจที่เกียวข้อง
2)แสวงหาองค์ความรู้ที่เหมาะสม ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และข่าวสาร ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีและการค้าแก่สมาชิกหน่วยงาน องค์กรต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนประชาชนทั่วไป ทั้งในประเทศไทยและสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ในรูปแบบการจัดทำเอกสารเผยแพร่ และการจัดประชุมสัมมนาฝึกอบรม การจัดแสดงนิทรรศการตลอดจนการจัดตั้งและบริหารสถาบันการศึกษาในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยไม่มุ่งหวังผลกำไรและไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมือง
3)สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือสมาชิก แก้ไขอุปสรรคข้อขัดข้องต่างๆ รวมทั้งเจรจาทำความตกลงกับบุคคลภายนอก และหน่วยงานองค์กรต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในและต่างประเทศ เพื่อประโยชน์ร่วมกันในการประกอบวิสาหกิจด้านวิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม สอดส่องและติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของตลาดการค้าทั้งภายในและภายนอกของประเทศ เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือผลผลิตจากการวิจัยทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อให้เป็นประโยชน์แก่การค้าการเงิน เศรษฐกิจหรือความมั่นคงของประเทศ
4)ทำการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการประกอบวิสาหกิจด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมตลอดจนการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีของสมาชิกทั้งนี้ด้วยความยินยอมของสมาชิก
5)ส่งเสริมคุณภาพของสินค้าที่ผลิตหรือจำหน่ายโดยผู้ประกอบวิสากิจที่เป็นสมาชิกให้เข้ามาตรฐานตลอดจนวิจัยและปรับปรุงวิธีการผลิตและการค้าให้ได้ผลดียิ่งขึ้น
6)ร่วมมือกับรัฐบาลในการส่งเสริมการค้าอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม
7)ส่งเสริมการผลิตเพื่อให้สินค้ามีปริมาณเพียงพอแก่ความต้องการของตลาดทั้งภายในและภายนอกประเทศ
8)ทำความตกลงหรือวางระเบียบให้สมาชิกปฏิบัติหรืองดเว้นการปฎิบัติเพื่อให้การประกอบวิสาหกิจด้านวิทยาศาสตร์เทคโนโลยีให้สามารถเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและมีประสิทธิภาพ
9)ช่วยประนีประนอมข้อพิพาทระหว่างสมาชิกหรือระหว่างสมาชิกกับบุคคลภายนอกในการประกอบวิสาหกิจ
10)ไม่ดำเนินการใดๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมือง

Current situation of many product imported to Thailand there are no specific standard its. Customers have no way to find out whether the equipment meet it standard as supplier claim or not. For example, customer do not know whether the solar panel power could create the power as the supplier claim or not.
PV Poverty Alleviation Project
Follow the initiation of royal project by Rama 9. To create a community for poverty alleviation. Kaenrajpoom foundation has donated 1000 Rai to do so. Huawei willing to be evolve into the project.

To promote the sciences and research knowledge throughout ASEAN countries. With help from CAS's laureate and world scientist laureate.
Business Matching
University Promotion
Provide meeting between affiliated universities of CAS and Thailand universities. To talk about cooperation in education and research areas such as dual programs, student exchange program, etc.
Assist the University of Science and Technology of China , Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology and other institutions that are interested in enrolling students from Thailand and Southeast Asia.
